Message from the President

A warm welcome to all AeU Alumni!

Yes, we are a young University, but the process of building a strong Alumni network at AeU has already taken shape and given prominence in our current and future activities and event planning to reflect my firm belief that the Alumni forms a very important and integral part of our university environment.

You may have trodden the AeU learning path whilst attending professional or short courses, given specialised skills training to better equip yourself or interacted with our faculty as undergraduate, master’s or doctoral students, I congratulate you! Now that you form our Alumni, my wish is that you stay connected with us.

Together we will see the emergence of an exciting and active Alumni. So far with nearly 300 members and growing, we would like to encourage each and everyone to give their support and assistance towards the development and growth of this new but vibrant Asian University, for Asians by Asians. With the inclusion of overseas alumni in the very near future, we wish to tap new ideas and contributions from our international 'family'.

As we stay connected with you through this website or through emails, you are welcomed to give us feedback, join in ongoing activities like seminars, workshops, conferences, guest lectures and planned social events. Use us as a focal point of your life-long learning goals or social networking, give us ideas on our programmes, speakers that you would like to hear, tell us what is happening in your own professional and working life. Hearing from you would be our pleasure and active participation our ardent hope.

Together as Alumni we aim to enrich our intellectual and social lives, in line with our University vision, mission and objectives.
