HR ASSISTANT

To ensure all daily HR operations are executed on timely basis and compliance with company policies in the areas of:-

• Recruitment
• Compensation & Benefits (Boss Payroll System)
• Training & Development
• To manage employee bio-data, welfare and benefits.
• Administer staff claims, leave records, staff welfare and others general HR functions.
• Maintain accurate personnel data.
• Perform other ad-hoc HR projects or duties when required.

Requirements

Candidate must possess:

• SPM, preferably with minimum 7 years of working experience in Human Resources or,
• Diploma, preferably with minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resources.
• Good team player, with strong communication skills to deal with a variety of people and situations.
• Must be able to handle information which requires high confidentiality.
• Must be computer literate - Microsoft Office, MS Excel applications and HRIS.
• People-oriented and perform well under stress.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year working experience from recognised universities with minimum CGPA of 3.0 in all field of study.
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• A team player who is pleasant, creative, approachable, self-motivated, hardworking, posses high willingness to learn, able to work under pressure and has an eye for details.
