There are three (3) methods of payment:
- Go to AeU’s website at www.aeu.edu.my
- Click Application Status link
- Type your IC No. or Passport No. to log in
- Click download Offer Letter
- Click Registration Details button
- Make payment
- Print out the payment receipt as proof of payment
- Please scan and e-mail the Online Payment Receipt / Original Bank in Slip /Original Cash Deposit Slip as proof of payment once payment is made to admission@aeu.edu.my together with the necessary documents required if you have not done so.
2. Deposit Cash, Cheque or Payment via Bank Draft into any of the following accounts:

For semester based programmes:
- RM500 minimum/registration payment
- 40% of total Tuition Fee must be paid on or before Week 3
- 30% of total Tuition Fee must be paid on or before Week 7
- 30% of total Tuition Fee must be paid on or before Week 11 (full payment made before the Examination Week – Week 14)
For modular based programmes:
- RM500 minimum/registration payment
- 50% of total Tuition Fee must be paid on or before Week 3
- 50% of total Tuition Fee must be paid on or before Week 8
We accept cash, credit card (Master/Visa) and cheque as form of payment. If you pay by cheque, kindly make the cheque payable to Asia E Learning Sdn. Bhd.
It is recommended to pay the balance during your first tutorial.
In order to register, you must pay a registration fee of RM 500.00.
No. International student who plan to study part time (fully online) or full time (study in Malaysia) must pay full fees per semester for taught courses programme or yearly for research programme. International students who plan to study full time (study in Malaysia) are required to pay the 1st year fees in advance.
