A number of support services including:
a) Tutorial Support Services
Under the ODL mode of study, learners need not attend daily lectures. However, in a semester, learners are required to meet with their appointed qualified tutors over several weekends. These tutors facilitate the learning process and assist learners to have a better understanding of their courses.
b) Course Materials
Learners will be provided with a set of comprehensive course materials to support learning and are expected to engage in self-learning.
c) Learning Management System (LMS)
Learners will also be supported by a Learning Management System designed as a platform to allow students, tutors and administrators to input information for learning, supporting and keeping track of the learning process. The system is commonly used for uploading course content, course updates, important announcements, etc.
