- The award is in the form of 50% WAIVER of the total tuition fees to be spread over the entire period of duration of study.
- The applicant must have registered for not less than three subjects in the semester.
- The application, processing and administration fees must be borne by the applicant.
- If the scholarship awarded is not used for the particular semester, it shall be deemed as forfeited.
- The award is neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash and is subject to the availability of funds.
- Fulfillment of the requirements does not guarantee the award of the bursary.
- Applications should be made to the Registrar on the prescribed forms available online.
- Closing date for all applications is at least two weeks before the official commencement of the semester. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
- Results of the Entrance Bursaries will be made known within three weeks after the closing date.
- The University Senate reserves the right to review the criteria of the scholarships as and when required.
- The student must show satisfactory academic performance throughout the programme.
