The Office of International Affairs (OIA) of Asia e University (AeU) provides assistance and services to international students intending to study at AeU in Malaysia. OIA also facilitates AeU’s internationalisation of courses and programmes, assisting in the promotion of international partnerships, facilitating international exchanges of staff, students and co-operations, and managing the development of study abroad programmes.

We at OIA are committed to ensure your comfort and safety at AeU Malaysia by ensuring timely dissemination of relevant information and advice to international students as well as providing continuous guidance throughout all process and procedures.

In the effort of internationalizing AeU’s courses and programmes, OIA also:

• fosters and maintains a variety of international exchanges and study abroad programmes for students and staff;
• facilitates exchange agreements and other internationalization efforts; and
• assists in organizing international conferences and workshops.

You are Important to Us

AeU shall provide you with a mentor who shall be your guardian during your study period at AeU. Your mentor shall provide you his/her personal guidance and support throughout your study at AeU. OIA shall manage this mentor-mentee system closely.
