When can I apply?

  • Application is open throughout the year. Learners can enroll in the February, June or September semester.

How to apply?

  • Fill out the Application Form which is available at main campus or learning centres, or
  • Fill in the online application, or
  • Walk-in during our preview sessions, as advertised.

What needs to be enclosed together with the application?

  • Certified true copy of NRIC/Passport.
  • Certified true copy of academic certificates and transcripts.
  • A certification letter from current employer (if any)
  • 2 most recent passport size colour photograph with name written on reverse.
  • A copy of bank in slip/cash deposit slip as proof of payment for processing fee of RM 25.00 (USD 10). Payment can be made to:

When do I know the outcome of my application?

  • The result will be known within 2 weeks from the date that we receive the application. Candidates can also check their application status online and print out the offer letter, registration guide and fee structure.
  • Walk-in applicants at AeU's main campus with complete documents that meets our entrance qualifications will receive an official offer letter on the spot.

What do I need to do before register?

  • Make payment for the semester's recurring fee and tuition fee (payment can be made via online payment, cash/cheque deposit, bank draft)
  • Bring along the original and copies of academic certificates and academic transcripts for verification purposes

Where do I register?

  • At the Main Campus or local Learning Centres as specified in the offer letter.
  • You can also register online and proceed to get the academic certificates and transcripts verified by the University’s staff at anytime during the first semester.

What do I need to bring during registration?

  • Offer letter
  • Original and copy of academic certificates and transcripts.
  • Original bank-in slip (Student's Copy) or any other proof of payment.

How do I make the payment?

  • Bank-in to:
