I would like to share a significant quote of our beloved Prime Minister, The Right Honourable Dato’ Sri Mohd Najib Tun Haji Abdul Razak at the opening address of the Malaysian International ECEC Conference of “Developing Human Capital Begins With Children” in April 2009:
