Normal Entry

  • STPM with at least CGPA of 2.00 in 2 subjects; OR
  • 'A' Level with at least C grade in 2 subjects; OR
  • UEC Certificate with at least B grade in 5 subjects; OR
  • Matriculation/Foundation with at least CGPA 2.00 Pre-University from any university that is recognised by the Malaysian Government; OR
  • International Baccalaureate (IB) with at least 24 points, OR
  • Diploma (Level 4, MQF) in related fields with at least CGPA of 2.00 from any university that is recognised by the Malaysian Government; OR
  • Pass in drawing exam/portfolio/interview for the candidate who has no qualifications in art subjects or SPM or its equivalent; OR
  • Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the government of Malaysia.

English Language Competency Requirement (for International Students) :

Minimum score for TOEFL PBT 410-433 / TOEFL IBT 34-40 OR Munimum score of 5.0 for IELTS OR Pearson Test of Englsih PTE 36 OR Cambridge English: Advance (CAE) 160 OR Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE) 180 OR Malaysian University English Test (MUET Band 3).

Any international student from countries using English as an official medium of instruction or from an academic institution using English as a medium of instruction, shall normally be exempted from the above requirement.

Alternative Entry

Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) Entry Requirements:

  • Minimum 21 years of age in the year of application;
  • Possess relevant work experience
  • Passed APEL assessment
