CMI Level 2 Award/Certificate/Diploma in Team Leading
| Course Description | The Chartered Management Institute Level 2 in Team Leading is designed for practising or aspiring team leaders. The CMI Level 2 gives new team leaders a solid foundation on which to progress in their careers and in their formal leadership development, providing an excellent basis from which to progress to higher level CMI management courses. There are three Chartered Management Institute qualifications at Level 2; the Award, Certificate and Diploma in Team Leading. |
