The Train and Place (TnP) programme is a national initiative spearheaded by the Ministry of Human Resources (MoHR) to re-skill selected unemployed fresh graduates for placement in selected companies. Asia e University was appointed by the MoHR to be one of the training providers in making the TnP programme effective.
Our trainees will be trained in three important areas: Accelerated English, Personal Development, and BPO Specific Technical Skills. The training will be conducted over a period of 8 weeks at the Asia e University campus at Jalan Sultan Sulaiman. Each trainee will be given a monthly allowance of RM500 by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB). Accommodation is provided but is optional.
Graduates who wish to enrol in the Train and Place programme must at least have a Diploma in any field and must be unemployed. An interview will be conducted to assess the level of English and general attitude. We are looking for graduates who are willing to change their mindset to have a more positive and dynamic outlook.
The 4S Approach To Literacy And Language is a unique literacy and language teaching and learning method. 4S effectively bridges the more traditional, Phonic, sound-based, teaching methods and the Whole-Word-Look and Say system while introducing its own unique emphasis on the Symbol Combination-Syllabic Structure of words as well as on the Phonic, Structural, Base, Root and Functional Relationships of numerous words in English.
Moreover, by giving importance to understanding these special characteristics of the English Language and by imparting user-friendly techniques, tools and memory rules, learners of all age and language-skill levels are provided with a “fast-track” way of learning English.
